Team Africa celebrated their being on target for first six months of the year 2009 by organising their business meet at the JW Marriott ,Dubai.
During the four days that the Team was together ,they spent quality time in training themselves on leadership skills,appraisal systems,Balance Score Card etc.under the skillful guidance of Mr. N.Balachandar ,Chief Human Resources Officer.
Mr.Ravi Seth reviewed the overall performance & congratulated the team on their excellent performance. Each Team member presented his performance for the first six months and expectations for the next six months.
Mr.Seth presented to the Team how they should go about preparing their 2010 plans.Each Team member presented his expectations for 2010.A session on understanding brand marketing strategies was also conducted .
The Team spent exciting times on a desert Safari , grooved at the feet of a Belly dancer,dined at some of the finest Indian Restaurants ,voyaged on the Dhow cruise ,strolled through the three storey high picturesque Atlantis aquarium and frolicked in the snow.........YES! You read it right! In the snow at the Mall of Emirates,indulged in some shopping & went back home fully charged to take on the challenges of 2010.
